Crochet Christmas Star Decoration Pattern Details

The crochet star decoration is an easy pattern to follow. You will start with crocheting two circles that use single crochet stitches.

These circles form the main body of the star. You will then attach the two circles together by crocheting around part of both circles.

By crocheting around these circles in cone shapes, you will create the five points of the star decoration.

I used a worsted weight yarn but this can easily be substituted for a thinner yarn, just be mindful that the finished size of your star will be smaller.

I also finished off the star design by embroidering a design onto it. This is completely optional and if you don’t feel confident to embroider, you can absolutely leave it off.

However, I am in no way an expert at embroidering and I think I have achieved a neat result.

Have a go at watching the video tutorial and see if you can do it!
