Easy Crochet Necklace Pattern Using Chunky Crochet Cord
I’m so excited to bring you this free chunky crochet necklace pattern! It is a super quick and easy pattern that will work up in less than 20 minutes!
I have recently finished making a project with Bobbiny 5 mm cotton cord. I had a few metres of the cord left.
Not enough for a bigger project. I was raking my brains as to what to do with it!
However, I have had enough left to make this stunning chunky crochet necklace with V shape point at the front.
This pattern is perfect for beginners and a great little crochet gift project to make in an evening.
Why make a chunky crochet necklace?
There are so many advantages in making your very own crochet jewellery and a chunky necklace.
They use up yarn scraps which is always a good thing. You only need a very little yarn to make one of these.
Truth is, if you used t-shirt or cotton cord yarn for a larger project, there is only a handful of projects you can use the leftovers for. This chunky crochet necklace is one of them.
They are super quick to make, you can make one of these in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. And because this necklace uses seriously chunky yarn and a large hook, they will be flying off your hook in no time!
They are a great gift items or craft stall sellers. Whatever the purpose of making these is, they are great for both!
Complement your outfit with a handmade necklace that matches the colours and style of your outfit. You have total control over the finished look, do not settle for second best!
This chunky crochet necklace is also a great in-between project. If you are on a long windy road of a large project with no end in sight, this super quick project will give you an instant satisfaction.
