Hexagon Winter Crochet Blanket – The Winter Wishes Crochet Along

This post contains affiliate links

This is a hexagon winter crochet blanket pattern that consists of seven different hexagon designs combining various stitches and techniques.

When I first imagined The Winter Wishes Blanket, I pictured a cozy December evening — the kind where snowflakes dance outside the window, soft music plays in the background, and the world feels a little slower, a little kinder.

I wanted to capture that feeling in crochet form: the magic, the calm, and the comfort of winter’s beauty.

Designing this blanket was a labor of love.

Each hexagon reminds me of a snowflake — unique and delicate, yet part of something larger when joined together.

The blue and white palette felt like the perfect reflection of a frosty winter morning, while the repeating motifs brought a rhythm that was both meditative and joyful to create.

My hope is that as you work through this pattern, you’ll find the same sense of peace and delight that I did while designing it.

Let it be your companion through quiet nights, holiday movie marathons, and moments of reflection.

By the time you weave in your last end, I hope your Winter Wishes Blanket holds not just yarn and stitches, but memories — of warmth, creativity, and the heart of the holiday season.
